Box Breathing Technique


  • Inhale for 4 seconds

  • Hold for 4 seconds

  • Exhale for 4 seconds

  • Hold for 4 seconds


    Repeat for 3–5 rounds.


4-7-8 Breath

  1. Sit or lie down comfortably.

  2. Inhale quietly through your nose for 4 seconds

  3. Hold your breath for 7 seconds

  4. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for 8 seconds

  5. That’s 1 cycle. Repeat for 4 rounds.

💡 Tip: Place the tip of your tongue just behind your front teeth while breathing out
