Box Breathing Technique
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat for 3–5 rounds.
4-7-8 Breath
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Inhale quietly through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breath for 7 seconds
Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for 8 seconds
That’s 1 cycle. Repeat for 4 rounds.
💡 Tip: Place the tip of your tongue just behind your front teeth while breathing out
