Eat your 3 meals at the same time, give or take 30 minutes.


✅ How to practice it?


  1. Choose your ideal meal schedule (ideally every 4-5 hours)

    example:

    • 10:00 AM – Breakfast

    • 2:00 PM – Lunch

    • 6:00 PM – Dinner


  2. Stick to those times consistently, even on weekends.

  3. Avoid grazing/snacking outside those windows.
