🔥 Technique 1: The Sauna Strategy (or Steam Room if you’re bougie)

Ideal: 15–20 mins in a sauna or steam room, 1–2 hours before bed.


How to do it (Haku’s version)

  1. Pre-game: Hydrate! Chug water like you’re a cactus in a drought. 🌵💧

  2. Enter the heat: Sit or lie down in the sauna. Close your eyes. Pretend you’re bread baking.

  3. Sweat: Stay for 10–20 mins. Breathe. Enjoy the spice.

  4. Cool down: After, rinse with lukewarm or cool water (not cold—this ain’t Wim Hof Hour).

  5. Chill: Relax for an hour, letting your body cool naturally. Cue: chamomile tea, fuzzy socks, peace.


🛑 Don’t:

  • Jump into cold water right after (you’re not a Viking).

  • Stay longer than 20 mins unless you’re tryna summon your ancestors.

  • Do it right before bed—cooling down is the key!


Bonus points: Bring a friend. Talk about your dreams. Or life. Or soup.



🚿 Technique 2: The Hot Shower/Bath Hack

Ideal: 10–15 mins, 30–90 minutes before sleep.

Lazy but effective.


How to do it:

Option A: Hot Shower

  1. Crank it up (but not hellfire hot).

  2. 10–15 mins of steamy glory. Let the water hit your shoulders like nature’s massage.

  3. End with 30 seconds of slightly cooler water.

  4. Dry off, cozy up, and chill.


Option B: Hot Bath (with Epsom = next-level spa vibes)

  1. Add Epsom salt (optional but ✨magical✨).

  2. Sit in hot water until you feel like a dumpling. (~15 mins)

  3. Same cooldown: let your body naturally return to chill mode.
