Haku loves the taste of coffee ☕️
But he prefers having it occasionally, and keeping his energy level consistent.
Haku learned a few tips & tricks to optimize his caffeine consumption.

Caffeine has a half life of 6 hours in the blood.
That means that consuming a cup of coffee 6 hours before bedtime is equivalent to drinking half a cup immediately before going to bed!
Caffeine manipulates brain cells by blocking their sensing of declining energy levels (blocking adenosine receptors).

Opt for herbal teas or other relaxing drinks instead.
