Haku has fascinating sleeping habits. Unlike other crane birds, Haku sleeps in a bedroom. Just like you!
The environment where you sleep can significantly affect your rest.
For optimal sleep, Haku's bedroom must be quiet, dark, and cool. And so should yours!
Aim for a room temperature between 15-19°C (60-67°F) to support natural sleep cycles.
Use blackout curtains to block out light.
And, if necessary, white noise machines or earplugs to cancel out disruptive sounds.

A comfortable, peaceful environment is key to better sleep.
Other things to consider:
Investing in a comfortable mattress and pillows.
Removing distractions and keep your bedroom clean and clutter-free.
Choose breathable bedding and light sleepwear.
You can use fans or cooling devices and consider taking a warm bath before bed. Ventilate your room and or use a temperature-controlled mattress if possible (example: Eight Sleep).
Improving your bedroom will drastically improve your sleep. You'll be able to feel improvements instantly.
